2024 Summer Camp!

REGISTRATION STARTS MONDAY APRIL 22,2024

Update- Friday Session is Full

We are thrilled to launch the fourth year of our free summer camp! We will run once weekly every Wednesday/Thursday/Friday between July 8th and August 16thth. New this year is a fourth session and some adjustments to the age ranges for each session. We are excited to bring my participant favorites (tie-dye & painting) while also including new activities (talent day & volunteer project). 

There are four sessions:

• Wednesday Session: 1-3pm (July 8th-Aug 14th) *Ages 5 yr-5th Grade (Dedicated to campers who need a less structured environment.

• Thursday Session: 1-3pm (July 9th-Aug 15th) *Grade 6th-10th

• Thursday Session *New*: 1-3pm (July 9th-Aug 15th) *Grades 11th-21yr Transition age (same time/dates, separate location)

• Friday Session: 10-12pm (July 10th-Aug 16th) *Grades 5 yr-5th Grade. Session is full

Some details:

• Registration is required! We expect to fill all spaces.
• Session age is based on grade your child is attending in Fall 2024
• If you want to your child to attend a different session, you must get permission by contacting us directly (i.e. two siblings both want to attend session 1 or high school senior would rather attend on Friday) at info@thurstoncountyinclusion.org
• One on one assistance offered based on volunteer availability and turn out, please see information on our REQUIRED Assessment days if you feel your participant needs a one on one. (link to page you created)
• You may only register your participant up for ONE camp session.
• Only participants (youth ages 5 to 21) must register. This includes siblings. Caregivers/adults do not need to register.
• Thursday Transitional Age Session will be a traveling camp- different locations each week where participants can experience unique opportunities in the community. Transportation is not provided- guardians must drop of at each week’s location.
• We serve youth with and without disabilities. All are welcome to join!
