This year’s event will be bigger and better than ever, featuring a Garden theme that celebrates individuality. Community models will proudly walk the runway, showcasing their unique style and confidence in an inclusive, empowering event.

Jayce Rockholt
Jayce made history as the first represented model with Fragile-X Syndrome to grace the runway at New York Fashion Week Represented by Star System Management in NYC, Jayce is not only breaking barriers but also venturing Into competitive cosplay designing costumes for comic con events.
Before their runway debut, Jayce honed their skills by participating in school runway shows. And Their journey began with Seattle Talent, where they engaged in acting workshops and modeled for lifestyle fashion brand Zuilly multiple times.
Additionally, Jayce appeared Good Morning local NW, show sharing their insights on fall/winter fashion during a live segment. Now has joined a local cosplay guild called ASG Cosplay PNW. And is resigned with the same agency and making a comeback into fashion.
Megan Parks
You’ll recognize Megan right away at TCI events — she’s the one greeting everyone with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm for meeting new people. An active member of the local sports community, Megan brings her love of teamwork and inclusion to everything she does.
As a person with an intellectual disability, Megan joined the TCI Board to help make her community more inclusive and to play an active role in planning the programs that bring people together. She hopes that Thurston County Inclusion can feel like the Day of Champions — a place where people with and without disabilities come together as one community.
Outside of TCI, Megan enjoys sports, music, and spending time with her friends.
Jiovani Cervantes
Jiovani Cervantes is a creative entrepreneur of 10+ years specializing in fashion styling, event organizing, e-commerce, and mentorship. Using his craft and resources to uplift others and build community, Jiovani has provided brand support to over 100+ brands in the states of Washington, California, and Atlanta. His work is featured in publications such as Vogue Digital, L'Officiel, Billboard Music, Karl Kani, SpringHill, and many more.


Ivanova Smith
Born in Latvia and living in the United States for over 30 years, Ivanova is a dedicated leader in the self-advocacy community and a passionate champion for the rights of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They are committed to ensuring that all people with IDD have a voice, opportunities, and equal access to their communities. In addition to their advocacy work, Ivanova is a proud spouse and parent, raising two daughters with their husband and valuing family as a central part of their life.
Michelle O'Dell
Michelle O’Dell is the Coordinator for the Thurston Developmental Disabilities Coalition through The Arc of Washington State. She is a dedicated advocate who brings together community members to share their voices, stories, and lived experiences to drive meaningful change. As a parent of a child with developmental disabilities, Michelle is deeply committed to ensuring that individuals and families with IDD have access to the services, support, and opportunities they need—when and how they need them. Through her leadership and passion, she works to strengthen connections, improve systems, and build a more inclusive and supportive community for all.

Natalie Stagnone
​Natalie (she/her) is a third-year medical student at Washington State University’s Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine and a lifelong Olympia resident. She graduated from the University of Washington in 2022 with degrees in Neuroscience and Disability Studies. Passionate about inclusion and accessibility, Natalie co-founded Thurston County Inclusion and served as Executive Director until beginning medical school in 2023. She continues to advocate for the disability community through leadership in Special Olympics, student organizations, and national boards. She plans to pursue a medical career serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Washington.
