COVID-19 Policy
Updated: 3/3/2022
This policy is being guided by the current CDC recommendations, Washington State and Thurston County guidelines.
We will evaluate the transmission date one week before the scheduled event, using the previous week's data. The CDC guidelines are here.
We recognize that we often serve an immuno-compromised and/or high risk population. For this reason, we will take additional precautions recommended by the CDC, including requiring masks for all participants/volunteers when indoors at Medium or High Indexes.

The Low, Medium and High Indexes are being calculated using how many people with COVID-19 have been admitted into local hospitals in the last week, how many local hospital beds are filled with COVID-19 patients, and how many new COVID-19 cases the county has had in the last week.

We will also be following all requirements for events in Thurston County and at our event locations. This specific policy will consider the baseline for events to take place and additional requirements may be added.
If someone tests positive within three days of an indoor event:
-
Identify all close contacts.
-
Close Contacts are defined as “who was within 6 feet of an infectious person for a total of 15 minutes.”
-
-
Notify close contacts with time for when they should test and locations to get tested.
-
Notify all others at the event.
